Day by Day Itinerary

 

December 1                                                                 Kansas City, MO

This morning we will board a deluxe motor coach for a six-day journey to the Ozark Mountains. This evening we will relax at the Holiday Inn, Kansas City, Missouri.

 

December 2                                                                        Branson, MO

After a continental breakfast we board the buses for our exciting trip to Branson. Upon arrival into Branson we will board the Show Boat, Branson Belle for a 2-hour cruise on Table Rock Lake featuring a 3-course meal and show-stopping entertainment. After our thrilling cruise we will check into our motel, the Days Inn. Get ready for a rockin' good time this evening when we attend the Grand Jubilee show, featuring Branson's best quartet.

 

December 3                                                                        Branson, MO

After a continental breakfast, you will get a chance for unique shopping in Branson or maybe you wish to see an optional show, the Russian Comedian, Yakov Smirnoff (if interested please check the box on the reservation form). In the afternoon you will attend the Pierce Arrow Variety Show. This evening you will choose (on the form) one of two shows: Shoji Tabuchi, a must see if you have never seen him before, or the very popular variety show Presleys, the best hillbilly show in Branson.

 

December 4                                                                        Branson. MO

After a continental breakfast you will have the option of attending a morning show of Dusty Rogers, son of Roy & Dale, the museum, or you can spend the morning at your leisure, or choose from the following optional attractions, the Titanic and the Veterans War Museum. This afternoon you will have the opportunity to take in Tony Orlando and the Lennon Sisters. These two artists make a great Christmas combination.Our evening show will be at the RFD- TV Theater featuring Penny Gilley and LeRoy Troy. After tonight's show we will top the evening off with a spectacular array of  Christmas lights.

 

December 5                                                                 Kansas City, MO

Before departing Branson, we will stop for one more show, Spirit of Christmas Show, featuring the Osmonds. Lunch will be at the Lambert’s Cafe, which is famous for the throwing of the buns. This afternoon we will have the opportunity to do some Christmas shopping at the Russell Stover Candy Outlet Store. Our evening stay is at the Holiday Inn in Kansas City, MO.

 

December 6                                                                                  Home

Before departing for home, we will be treated to a continental breakfast at our hotel. Heading homeward, our luncheon stop will be on your own at the  Iowa Machine Shed in Des Moines. We should arrive back in Minnesota late afternoon or early evening.
